Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of our new RTO, Vanessa brings her creative background in Music Therapy and 15 years of VET sector expertise to lead our organization. Her extensive experience in compliance and student outcomes, gained from working with organizations worldwide, positions her perfectly to guide our RTO's strategic direction. Vanessa's proven track record in supporting ASQA, TEQSA, and CRICOS applications, combined with her passion for writing nationally accredited curriculum, ensures our RTO maintains the highest standards while delivering innovative education.
Chief Financial Officer
Mark steps into the CFO role bringing his remarkable journey from astrophysics to education leadership. His unique perspective, shaped by a Masters in Astrophysics and Cosmology plus two additional masters degrees, provides our RTO with strategic financial oversight grounded in analytical thinking. With 20 years of experience as a Registered Teacher and RTO leader, Mark understands the financial complexities of education delivery. His core values of integrity, adaptability, and passion ensure our RTO's financial sustainability.
Training Manager
Joshua joins our RTO leadership team as Training Manager, bringing his expertise in digital marketing, project management, and business training. His student-centric methodology aligns perfectly with our RTO's commitment to empowering learners through practical, career-focused education. Joshua's approach of combining practical knowledge with strategic insight ensures our training programs deliver tangible outcomes for students. As Training Manager, he oversees the quality and effectiveness of our course delivery.
Head of Student Services
Anna leads our Student Services department, bringing her meticulous approach to documentation and quality assurance to ensure exceptional student experiences. Her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Secondary Education, combined with ISO audit experience, provides our RTO with robust systems for student support and compliance. Having worked extensively with RTOs across Australia and internationally, Anna understands the unique challenges students face in vocational education.
