River Oak College partners with various schools across Australia to deliver AQF qualifications to Years 10, 11 and 12 students, co-designed around your context and flexible enough to fit your timetable. We are school teachers too, so we understand the school environment.
What We Offer
A qualification your students earn while they're still at school
River Oak College delivers nationally recognised qualifications directly to Years 10, 11 and 12 cohorts as the registered RTO. Students graduate with a real AQF qualification, not a certificate of participation, that carries weight with employers and TAFE alike.
Group and Individual Delivery
We deliver to your cohorts both as a group, and to individual students who may need a specific pathway.
Co-Designed Curriculum
We work with your faculty to contextualise content to your school's community and student profile. Assessment tasks reflect real-world scenarios relevant to your students' world.
State-Based Reporting
We take care of all state-based reporting. For example in Queensland, we report to the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority, so that a successful qualification can contribute to students' credits for their Queensland Certificate of Education.
Online, Blended and Face-to-Face
We work with your school to deliver either online, blended or face-to-face to your students. Students can access learning materials through our platform with our trainers, or hard copy for face-to-face delivery.
One Trainer Per Cohort
Each cohort is assigned a dedicated River Oak College trainer who knows your students by name. No call centres, no rotating staff, consistent, personalised academic support throughout. In addition, we allocate a specific Academic and Student Support Advisor to support students with additional unlimited one-on-one sessions, study support and assessment scaffolding.
Nationally Recognised Under AQF
Every qualification is issued under River Oak College RTO 46425 and recognised across Australia by employers, further education institutions, and licensing bodies.
The Process
How a school program comes together
From first conversation to graduation, here is how River Oak College manages the end-to-end delivery of a qualification program at your school.
Initial Consultation
We meet with your school leadership and relevant faculty to understand your student cohort, your goals, and any existing curriculum context we should build around.
Program Design
Vanessa and our curriculum team co-design the delivery model, qualification selection, assessment contextualisation, scheduling, and co-branding, with your school's input.
Delivery & Support
Your assigned trainer delivers the program to your Year 10, 11 or 12 cohort, online, blended, or on-site, providing regular feedback to both students and the school throughout.
Assessment & Qualification
River Oak College conducts all formal assessment under RTO 46425. Students have the opportunity to graduate with their Nationally Recognised Qualification, receiving a Testamur from River Oak College.

Wisdom College

Wisdom College is an independent non-denominational school offering Prep to Year 12 in Calamvale, South Brisbane. Wisdom College is Islamic inspired, a multicultural college of approximately 500 students and growing. Radiant Life College

Radiant Life caters to grades Prep to Year 10, with a curriculum in accordance with the Australian Curriculum and a breadth of extra-curricular activities that afford every child the opportunity to shine in their own unique way. Vanessa Solomon
Chief Executive Officer, River Oak College
Vanessa has spent 15 years working across the VET sector in Australia, with direct experience in ASQA audits and standards compliance, TEQSA engagement, and CRICOS registration. She understands the regulatory architecture that underpins quality VET delivery, and she knows how to build programs that are both genuinely educational and fully compliant.
Her background in Music Therapy informs a deep commitment to person-centred learning, the idea that a qualification should fit around the student's real life and context, not the other way around. That philosophy drives how River Oak College approaches every school partnership: starting with your students, your community, and your goals.
Vanessa leads all school partnership conversations personally and remains involved throughout program design and delivery. When you engage River Oak College, you are working with her directly, not a business development team.
